Festive Holiday Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup applesauce

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or non dairy option)

1 3/4 cup gluten free oats

1/4 cup Arbonne Essentials Vanilla Protein Shake Mix

2 Tbs. Stevia (taste your batter to adjust the sweetness)

1 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Nuts (optional)

Cranberries (optional)

Instructions:

🌱 Spray muffin tins with organic oil spray.

🌱 Mix all ingredients together in a blender.

🌱 Bake at 180 degrees 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.

🌱 Let cool before serving.

Banana Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup frozen mixed berries

85g of yoghurt (or non dairy option)

1 scoop Arbonne Essentials Fibre Boost

2 scoops Arbonne Essentials Vanilla Protein Shake Mix

Instructions:

Ingredients:

1 avocado

3 Tbsp cocoa powder

Stevia to taste

2 Tbsp chia seeds

3/4 cup water

Protein Butter Cups

Ingredients:

2 scoop Arbonne Essentials Chocolate Protein Shake Mix

Coconut Oil


Instructions:

🌱 Melt coconut oil, Mix with Arbonne chocolate protein powder (melted like consistency, about two scoops protein to 1/4 C. Coconut oil ratio)

🌱 Pour in mini cup mold 1/2 way – freeze for 5mins

🌱 Add teaspoon of favorite nut butter

🌱 Top with remaining chocolate/coconut oil mix

🌱 Freeze for 5ish more mins

🌱 Store in freezer

Protein Bark

Ingredients:

3 scoops Arbonne Essentials Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Shake Mix

Coconut Oil

1/2 to 3/4 cup nuts, berries, dark chocolate


Instructions:

🌱 Melt 5 heaping Tablespoons of coconut oil,

🌱 Mix with 3 scoops of Arbonne protein powder

🌱 Add in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of your desired toppings (nuts, berries, dark chocolate) and freeze in a mini cup molds or a small, flat dish.

🌱 Freeze for 30 minutes

🌱 Store in freezer

“Brownie-Batter” Protein Bars

Ingredients:

1 15-ounce jar of organic almond butter

1 cup of raw honey

2 cups of Arbonne protein

2 tablespoons of water

2 cups of organic crispy cocoa rice or organic oats


Instructions:

🌱 Mix organic almond butter, honey in a bow

🌱 Gradually add about 2 cups of Arbonne protein

🌱 Mix Add 2 tablespoons of water

🌱 Mix in about 2 cups of organic crispy cocoa rice or organic oats

🌱 Press mixture into a large, flat 9×13 inch pan or roll into quarter-sized balls.

🌱 Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting into squares or serving.

Arbonne-Bons

Ingredients:

6 scoops of Arbonne chocolate protein powder

1 cup of hazelnut butter

1/2 cup raw honey

1 teaspoon of coconut oil


Instructions:

🌱 Thoroughly mix 6 scoops of Arbonne chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of hazelnut butter, 1/2 cup raw honey, and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

🌱 Should be very stiff dough.

🌱 Roll into tiny balls and lightly dust in chocolate protein powder. Enjoy!

🌱 They will keep in covered container in refrigerator for a week if you don’t eat them all before that!

Pumpkin-Carrot-Almond Bars

Ingredients:

1 c. almond butter

1/2 cup agave syrup

1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin

3/4 cup shredded carrot (I put in the food processor)

1 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. nutmeg

6 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein powder

1/3 cup Arbonne fiber or ground flax seeds

1/2 cup slivered almonds

2 cup oats


Instructions:

🌱 Try a spin on the no-bake Arbonne Protein Bars. This recipe is flexible & has a little wiggle room. So put your own twist on it!

🌱 Makes thick bars in a 5×9 in pan.

🌱 In a large bowl, blend together almond butter & agave. Add pumpkin, carrot and spices. Blend well and continue to incorporate the rest of the ingredients one at a time. Press into pan, chill and cut. Sprinkle a few extra nuts on top and a dusting of cinnamon. Yum!

Simple Arbonne Muffin

Ingredients:

4 scoops of Arbonne Protein Powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

1/4 cup grape seed oil

1/4 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk

(OPTIONAL: 1 tsp organic orange oil and 1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries)


Instructions:

🌱 Mix all ingredients together and pour into lined muffin tin. Makes 4 cupcakes!

🌱 Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top.

Chocolate Coconut Popsicle

Ingredients:

2 scoops of Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder

1 can of organic full-fat coconut milk


Instructions:

🌱 Blend ingredients

🌱 Pour into popsicle molds

🌱 Freeze

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Mugcake

Ingredients:

2 medium apples (I used pink lady)

2 heaped Scoop Arbonne protein powder

1 tbsp raw cacao powder or Cadbury’s Bournville cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp crunchy or smooth peanut butter

1 tsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla powder (optional)

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk


Instructions:

🌱 Rinse, core and chop the apples into quarters and place in a blender. Blend until they form a smooth sauce, using a little water to blend, if necessary. You will only need three tablespoons of the apple sauce, but they blend better into a sauce when two or more are used, and you can use any extra sauce in smoothies or as a porridge topping.

🌱 Place the three tablespoons of apple sauce into a bowl and add the protein powder, cacao powder, baking powder, peanut butter, vanilla and almond milk.

🌱 Stir well until a thick mixture forms and transfer to a mug lined with greaseproof paper (this helps you to lift it out more easily)

🌱 Smooth the mixture across the top and place it into the microwave. Set it to the highest temperature (this is 1000 on my microwave) for 1 minute.

🌱 Remove and enjoy warm.
